All users either have a (free) Lite or a (paid) Premium subscription. In case of a payment delay the subscription will simply be downgraded from a Premium to a Lite subscription. This means that a user’s data are still there (and she/he will see them) but the user will not be able to enjoy some of the additional benefits of a Premium user.
