In order to enter data you need to have registered a valid institution/location. To name an institution/location you need to be logged in; click on “INSTITUTIONS/LOCATIONS”, and “ADD INSTITUTION/LOCATION”. You can add one or more current institutions/locations.
To enter data go to “DASHBOARD” (left top hand button underneath the SurgicalPerformance logo) and click “ADD RECORDS” or go to “YOUR RECORDS”, click select a module (e.g., “Gynaecology” or “Obstetrics”) and click the “ADD RECORDS” button located on the right top hand corner of your screen.
