Who will know an individual specialist’s username and password?

At SurgicalPerformance^TM we encourage every user to keep her/his login details at a secure place. We will not share anyone’s username or password with any third party. At SurgicalPerformance^TM we don’t even know our users’ passwords. Hence, it is important all users have a valid email address, which will remain the only way to retrieve the password if it gets lost.
